  • FLAVOUR PROFILE: Our Mellow Gold tea is famous for its lively bite and abundance of fresh flavour. The finer notes in spring teas from Darjeeling mostly range from citrus to honey like sweetness. The texture is mostly herbaceous and vegetal. It brews into a yellow colored fully transparent liquor with a clean and delicate crispness to it. The finish is clean and the taste is mellow, something that is very unique to the hills of Darjeeling.
