Tracking ID will be shared with you as soon as the order gets dispatched from our warehouse.
Return or exchange requests can be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note return is only applicable for limited types of products.You can check if your product is eligible for return by contacting our support team.
To return any items, please email us at order@shahifeast.com, clearly mentioning your order number and our customer support team will guide you on the process.
To be eligible for return, products must be in the exact condition you received them in. All packaging material must be undamaged and unused with the price tags intact.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. However a nominal 10% cancellation fees will be deducted. But if you wish to choose a Gift Card there are no fee deductions.
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we will not be able to replace or refund unwanted items if they have been opened or any seals are broken. No warranty is provided for wrist watches and return will not be accepted once delivered.
The refund will not include the import duties or the cost of delivery or return postage.
In event of delivery failure due to an incorrect address, we will not be able to process any claims. However we will notify you if it’s returned to our warehouse.
If your refund is approved, then it will automatically be credited to the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

This traditional Ayurvedic process of making our rose petal jam helps retain the natural aroma, taste and nutritional benefit of the roses.
ACTS AS A DIGESTIVE: Gulkand is an ancient Indian digestive tonic as it helps improve appetite and helps correct digestive troubles.
