For adults: take 5 to 10 gm (1-2 tsp) For children: take 3 to 5 gm (½-1 tsp) It is an Ayurvedic ghee formulation, so the dosage varies according to your digestive power.
- To experience its full benefits, we recommend consuming Brahmi Ghritham on an empty stomach, followed by a one-hour wait before eating any food. And remember, for optimal results, avoid mixing it with rice or bread, as this goes against the ancient principles of Ayurveda.
- Note: Kerala Ayurveda Brahmi Ghritham should not be used if you have a high temperature, cold, digestive issues, high cholesterol, history of allergies, or cardiac diseases. Additionally, it should be avoided during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
